We don’t simply install outdoor lights. We design how a property looks, feels and functions after dark.
Good lighting design isn’t about putting more light on a property. It is about the right amount of light in the right places, with appropriate intensity, color quality, beam control and glare control. We then install, control, service and maintain the systems we design. Founded in Jupiter in 2014 and led by AOLP Certified Outdoor Lighting Designer Jon Van.
We design, install and service outdoor lighting systems for residential and commercial properties, including restaurants, hotels, retail centers, office buildings, community entrances and other commercial environments.

Design, installation and care from one team
- Design first. The right amount of light in the right places. Intensity, color quality, beam control and glare control are decided before anything is installed.
- Quality installation. Professional installation with fixtures and components suited to salt air, heat and storm season, aimed for the intended effect.
- Service and repair. We troubleshoot, repair, improve and upgrade outdoor lighting and audio systems, including systems we did not originally install, and we are straightforward about whether a system is worth repairing.
- Long-term care. Protection Plans for landscape lighting, permanent roofline lighting and outdoor audio provide proactive, scheduled care as landscapes grow, salt works on connections and equipment gets shifted.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance for outdoor lighting systems?
Yes. Outdoor systems change over time because of landscape growth, weather, salt exposure, shifted fixtures, dirty lenses and work performed around the property. Our Protection Plans provide proactive, scheduled care intended to keep systems looking and performing the way they should. They are available for landscape lighting, permanent roofline lighting and outdoor audio. Contact us for current options, coverage and pricing.
Do you repair systems you did not install?
Yes. Repair and service is a meaningful part of our business, and we work on outdoor lighting and audio systems installed by others as well as our own. We will tell you what we find, including when something is not worth repairing.
Does a consultation have to happen at night?
No. A consultation is not necessarily an evening appointment; we are very capable of designing lighting in daylight. When a nighttime review of a completed system is appropriate, we can evaluate it after dark and make adjustments where needed.
Is a design consultation free? Is it an estimate?
Most initial design consultations are complimentary and there is no obligation. Projects requiring extensive design work, construction plans or detailed design documentation may require a design fee based on scope. A consultation is not an estimate for a predetermined scope: it is how we help determine what the property needs. For an existing system that needs attention, request service instead.
Do you offer financing?
